I have 2 roosters in the pen and about 15 hens.
The main rooster is Splash/Paint
The 2nd Rooster is Dark Gray with the Frizzle Gene but he doesn't really get the chance to mate.
The hens are buff, cream, partridge, black, chocolate peanut butter brown color... so you will get a surprise as to what your babies will look like!
Silkies don't typically do well free ranging due to their small size and docile nature. They are the first to be eaten by predators. They do sometimes require extra vitamins as well unless you always feed them a quality feed.
